Working together
Questions that help prepare a focused conversation.
What should we include in an initial inquiry?
Use the consultation form to describe your organization, role, main problem, users and intended outcome. Include timing constraints and existing-system dependencies.
How do tailored services differ from specialized products?
Services and solutions are scoped for a project. Specialized products have their own identity and development direction, with availability explained on each product page.
Can you extend or connect our current system?
This depends on its structure, code or API access, exchange contracts and team responsibilities. Read about system integration.
How are cost and delivery time determined?
Scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria and delivery stages inform the technical and commercial proposal. A useful estimate requires this context.
Can the website and its content support two languages?
Public Persian and English content can have separate paths, text and SEO settings. See our corporate website service.
Are all products ready for production use?
Each product page states its status. BPMS, for example, is described as in development. Review the available release before planning adoption.
How are source code, documentation and knowledge handed over?
Deliverables, code access and ownership, documentation and knowledge transfer are defined in the project agreement.
What happens after deployment?
Maintenance scope, support period, reporting channels and runtime responsibilities are agreed separately. See deployment and maintenance.
How do you approach security and access?
Discovery covers user roles, information sensitivity, deployment and interfaces. Access controls and event-recording rules are defined and reviewed against those needs.
Can you collaborate with our internal technical team?
Yes. Responsibilities, access, review arrangements and acceptance criteria are agreed early so dependencies and decisions can be tracked.
What do your articles cover?
The FADIN blog covers project definition, data architecture, integration, digital experience and process management, with links to related services and primary sources.
How is inquiry information used?
The company uses submitted details to review and follow up on that inquiry. See privacy information. Do not submit credentials or confidential documents in the public form.
